Located on the former Dillingham Estate, nestled at the foot of Diamond Head, La Pietra is a secluded but conveniently located venue for your special event. The campus boasts architecture reminiscent of an Italian villa, providing a picturesque backdrop for all your special memories. We are pleased to be able to offer our outdoor venues for private event rental. These include the Great Lawn, Fountain Courtyard, Julia Brown Courtyard and on-site parking areas. We have a modest kitchen space with refrigeration and counter space for food preparation.
Private events rentals are booked by academic year. We expect to finalize potential dates for next school year, to include August 2019 through July 2020, before the end of April 2019.
Campus rates are based on guest count and time. Full, final payment of campus use fees are due two weeks prior to your event.

Other considerations include that in accordance with city ordinances, the noise level must be diminished by 9:00pm, and all guests and vendors must be cleaned up and off campus by 10:30pm at the latest. All setup and teardown must occur within the rental period. We can accommodate up to 300 guests on our Great Lawn. Events with over 50 cars must contract a professional valet service. There are also additional insurance, off-duty police officer, and possible wedding planner requirements depending on the guest count.
