La Pietra accepts applications for girls in grades 6 - 12 year-round. Begin your enrollment application by following the steps below to start the process!

How to apply:

1. Create an account through Ravenna, an online application portal
2. Complete and submit: 

  • Online application
  • Parent questionnaire 

There is an Application fee of $65.  Contact [email protected] to find out about fee waivers.

3. Upload documents to Ravenna:

  • Report cards with teacher comments from previous school year and current semester school year
  • For upper school applicants, upload official transcripts
  • Standardized test scores during the 3 years (if available)

4. Delegate Teacher Reference Reports from two current teachers (English, Math, Science or Social Studies)

  • Obtain teacher’s email address. Follow the instructions on Ravenna to delegate the Teacher Reference Reports. 
  • Delegate the report beginning Nov 30, 2023
  • Teacher Reference Report must be received for committee review

5.  Register for the Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT)

  • Visit ssat.org to register for a SSAT. Plan to take the test in October, November, December or January to complete the application process by the priority deadline. 
  • La Pietra’s SSAT code is 3772
  • For homeschooled students, SSAT is recommended.

SSAT is optional for 2024-25.

6. Schedule a student interview and a campus tour

  • When the application has been submitted, schedule a student interview and campus tour
