Students form an "LP" before taking part at some yard games at this year's All-School Picnic

There's no better way to start off the week than with some fun, laughs, and good ol' competition at La Pietra's All-School Picnic!

The Student Council event took place on the Great Lawn and started off with an obstacle relay course. Middle schoolers competed in the first heat, and the 7th grade walked away with the win. Seniors beat out the rest of the upper schoolers in the second heat, advancing them to the next round where they would compete against the 7th graders. Seniors Jolie C., Gavriella G., Dayna N., and Leia W. worked together quickly to cross the finish line first, and the Class of 2022 was proclaimed the winner!

Highlights from All-School Picnic 2022

For the rest of the event, students set up fundraising booths for their classes and sold snacks, lunch items, and even ice cream treats. The perfect way to cool down on a hot afternoon! Students and faculty also got to take part in other yard games like jumbo checkers.
