Panther parents
Open to all La Pietra families, Panther Parents’ goal is to foster fun and community amongst our students, families, and extended ‘ohana during the school year. Past events have included movie nights and coffee talks with faculty and staff, as well beloved, long-standing traditions like Lunch by Moms & Dads and Exam Day Breakfasts.
Panther Parents meet quarterly in the La Pietra Conference Room, with a Zoom option for those who cannot attend in person. Reminders will be posted in the Daily Bulletin in advance of each meeting.

Family Information Night with Llasmin Chaine
Friday, April 10 from 5:00-6:30 PM
Join us at our next Family Information Night, with special guest Llasmin Chaine, Executive Director at the Hawaii State Commission on the Status of Women.
Llasmin spoke with our students in February about advocacy and making a difference in our world. We welcome the opportunity for Llasmin to continue the conversation with you on how to support your child at home.
Llasmin has been working in the fields of mental health, public health, social work, education, and child development for over 25 years. Currently, she works toward equality for women and girls by acting as a catalyst for positive change through advocacy, education, collaboration and program development.
