fitness for life program

Get stronger, faster, and have some fun! Fitness For Life is an eight-week program by La Pietra – Hawai‘i School for Girls and Hawaii United Football Club open to both students and adults alike (ages 5+). The free program will take place Tuesday and Thursday from September 19 - November 7, 2023 from 3 - 4 p.m. on La Pietra's Great Lawn. (Please note that registration is now closed.)

Participate in outdoor games, fitness challenges, endurance training and build new friendships through team bonding exercises. Fitness For Life promotes a healthy lifestyle while also enhancing speed and agility and fostering leadership skills on and off the field. Hawaii United's coaching staff is made up of qualified international coaches, experienced collegiate athletes, and trusted mentors who will be working closely with players to help them lay the foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle.

HAWAII UNITED FC DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM

After Fitness For Life concludes every Tuesday and Thursday, La Pietra students are welcome to join Hawaii United FC’s Developmental Program from 5 - 6 p.m. at Kapiolani Park. This program is free to La Pietra students and teaches beginners the basic fundamentals of soccer.

  • Organized Team Environment

Players who reach a certain threshold (depending on age) and show the desire to compete are then “scouted” to play on Hawaii United’s competitive teams and participate in officiated games against other clubs across the state in leagues and tournaments for trophies and personal accolades.
