Sally Bond, Claudia Richardson Seaver and Diana Carty went to Omaha in October to spend some time with Jerri Snow England. Jerri is an amazing hostess, cook and tour guide. The Omaha zoo is fabulous! Next summer, they are planning a vacation to the Oregon coast with seven HSG classmates.

A hearty thanks to the alumnae (listed below) who rocked the generosity charts by donating and contributing to care packages for the Class of 2023! The recently resurrected "Sisters Who Care" campaign was started years ago by the Alumnae Association as a way of letting our youngest sisters know we care about them, especially during the first semester of their freshman year college experience. As one alumna said, "it's a great new start to our old tradition."

Sam Fukushima ‘14 has been cast in the role of Queen Mamasan in Manoa Valley Theatre's production of Lisa Matsumoto’s "Once Upon One Noddah Time." The play turns traditional tales into a comedic local fantasy full of memorable songs and colorful characters. It will run June 29 - July 9. Tickets can be purchased here.

I recently became a board director at the West Hawaii Association of Realtors. Giving back to community has always been an installed value La Pietra taught me early on.

A musician and musicologist specialized in Italian Baroque music, I have been running a large recording project called The Vivaldi Edition for the past 21 years. The objective is to record the 450 pieces of music by Vivaldi, and in his hand, which were found in the national library of Turin, Italy. To date I have overseen 71 cds of which 18 are operas and should finish the project within the next six years.
