Financial Aid at La Pietra

Thanks to generous support from many individuals and foundations over the years, La Pietra is able to provide a substantial financial aid program, awarding some level of assistance to nearly 40% of the student body.

Only students who are accepted for enrollment will be considered for financial aid awards. All awards are based on an analysis of family need using the Parent Financial Statement (PFS) from School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS). To be considered for Financial Aid, you must complete the PFS/SSS form. Click here for more information on the SSS. See Process Overview section for details.

Financial aid awards for new students will be announced in early April for the school year beginning in August.

Complete An Application

Ways to complete application:
1. Apply Online
    If you apply online, all neccessary materials and information will be     provided on the website, and you can keep track of your admissions     progress online as well.
2. Download an Application
    Complete the form and mail it to the school.
3. Request an Application
    Call the office at (808) 922-2744 or pick up your form at the office.
    Complete it and mail it to the school.

Take the SSAT Test

Must be taken by March.

Teacher Reference

Provide Teacher Reference forms along with stamped envelope addressed to La Pietra to two academic teachers.

Provide Transcript / Report Cards

* Applicants to grade 10 and above provide transcript.
* All applicants submit last year's report card, plus current year's report card to date.

Complete the PFS/SSS

Complete the PFS/SSS form after Nov. 15th to be considered for Financial Aid.

PLEASE NOTE: Online forms are processed within 72 hours; forms sent by mail will take approximately 5 weeks. The deadline for La Pietra to receive the report from SSS is March 16th. We strongly recommend online completion of the form in order to meet our deadline. Awards will be announced in early April.
