DIRECTOR OF ADVANCEMENT AND ALUMNAE RELATIONS  - La Pietra - Hawaii School for Girls is seeking a Director of Advancement and Alumnae Relations who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans to maximize financial support for the school; as well as the coordination of alumnae relations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (advanced degree preferred), and 2-4 years of demonstrated success in fund-raising and development, preferably in an independent school environment.

The position requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills to cultivate and maintain the highest degree of professionalism when generating correspondences and content for publication, in addition to the ability to work well as part of a team. The candidate should exhibit highly developed organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, discretion and judgement in decision making, and enthusiastically represent the school and its core values.
